"I Am" Memorial Day Bootcamp

First, I would like to begin by congratulating all my bootcampers who showed up this Memorial Day morning, and for working so hard! I would also like to send out blessings and prayers to all those who have lost someone, or know someone who has lost someone to a war. Memorial Day is a day of Honor, Love, and Gratitude. Below I will post our workout from this morning but, I have a message to share beforehand. I am my own unique self, and so are you.

There are many kinds of spiritual gifts and different forms of service. There is one body and many parts. There are many parts and all one body. There is one Spirit for us all to drink from. We are all unique, yet the all the same in our likeness of our Creator. We are never alone, the Spirit is always present. May we all be enlightened, guided, and strengthened through the Spirit. In that moment in time that we may feel alone, or that we can not go anymore...know, You Can and the Spirit will strengthen you if you BELIEVE. So believe in yourself and know, "you can do all things through the Spirit that strengthens you." (Phil 4:13)

So, my fellow bootcampers...Believe in yourself because, I believe in YOU! Congratulations on pushing through the tough workout below!

"You are healthy & energized" Workout

I Love this! Each and every day we can learn something new to use as a guide to help us propel forward. This morning the meditation I shared with my bootcampers was the following: "You are healthy and energized."
Exploring, openness, and a  willing  spirit will grant something new, positive energy, and as a result good health.

I am loving my group and receiving an amazing energy and bond already. I am so thankful to God and them for the opportunity to experience such a fulfillment of positive energy and peace in knowing I am right where I am suppose to be.

Below you will find today's bootcamp workout:

Stronger

OWN IT

My bootcamp instruction started this morning. It went great. I thank God for the gift and opportunity. It will be my mission to close with a positive affirmation. Today was the one above. "You are stronger than you think!" It is in the times that we are pushed to the limit that we discover our true strength. Sometimes we just need that reminder. It may be a physical reminder through exercise, or it may even be a spiritual reminder when we face the mountains head on. Even in the midst of our life trials when things may seem impossible...God knows our limits. He will not ever give us more than we can handle. Affirm it, Believe it, and Own it!
And, when in doubt... Say it, and embrace it.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Phil 4:13)

Where you go, I'll go,
Where you stay, I'll stay,
Where you move, I'll move,
I will follow you...
The song is a great one! Trust, Move, Follow.
Tonight I instruct Boot Camp fro 30minutes. Below you will find my workout, and after that you will find an example of what my whole week of exercise looks like.

I'm Alive!

YES Lord! This song speaks volumes from my heart; throughout my struggle with finding balance in my life process of Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, and Chronic Pain. The funny thing is my mom called me this morning with excitement about this song. She found that it spoke to her as well.

God uses anyone and anything to speak to us. Are you listening? Once one has found their enlightenment within their struggle, the  next step is massive action. One must come up with a strategy towards their goals. The new challenge is not feel sorry for oneself but, to use that same power and propel forward!

He will walk with you one step at a time...below you will find the lyrics to this song for further contemplation. Blessings are for YOU.

Carpe Diem "Cease the Day"

"Cease Your Day!"
In yoga this evening I was breathing deep within, and this song "Here I Am To Worship" pressed upon my mind and spirit. Then, on the way home as I listened to a podcast the following question was delivered: If you were to live life to the fullest, what would you do right now? What would be your first action towards living your dream/purpose? This song once again pressed upon me as I began to hear the lyrics in my ears... My answer lies within this song. To begin over and start fresh as all of us need. We all can embrace a new beginning and a new day. So, for me to start living my life to the fullest...
I am here to bow down on my knees and surrender to God's will.
I am here to give Thanks,
I am here to continue seeking...open my eyes and let me see.

What will it be for you???

God's Constant Activity

A faith-conviction of St. Paul was: God is actively doing something in our hearts at every moment and is communicating with us at every moment.

Psalm 139

Lord, you have probed me and know me;
you know when I sit and when I stand;
you understand my thoughts from afar.
My journey's and my rest you scrutinize,
with all my ways you are familiar.
Even before a word on my tongue,
 behold, O Lord, you know the whole of it.
Behind me and before, you hem me in
and rest your hand upon me.

As long as we do not reject, resist, or refuse...
awareness and/or peace of His constant activity will  be with us.

Journey of Faith

"To Love is to suffer; to suffer is to Love."

Throughout my seasons in life there has been times when I felt the need to "see" God in the midst of my trial to Believe, then there has been moments when I can believe in the "unseen."

Though there may be many changes and bumpy roads in life,
It does not have to end in strife.
I have had many through sickness and health,
But I choose not to act out in stealth.
A journey is made to discover;
There is much knowledge to uncover.
For our suffering can be done with Love;
Our greatest example of thee,
Is our Trinity.
So spread your wings and fly,
Surrender to our Lord on High.
He will lift you up on Eagles wings,
and bless you with many springs.
And if need be...
he will hold you in the palm of His hand.
Thanks be to God!

You are So Good To Me!

This song penetrates my heart deep! From Lyon, France all the way to Houston, Texas and many years in between...the song still resignates...

Each of us carries a burden. God tells us to surrender them at His feet. In doing so, we can be relieved and find rest. "Cast your burden upon the Lord, and He will sustain you."(Psalm 55:22)
