Interval timers are the best! I purchased one,but also found an app on my phone.

Interval training adds an extra kick to your workout. It is a great way to combine a variety of exercise movements, and work on multiple body parts all in one.
Running is one of my greatest passions. It started out in Elementary from Field Day. I begun as a sprinter, and later transitioned into distant running.
Distant running is a type of endurance training. Today as I ran, I was reminded why I fell in love with endurance training. You do not go out in a sprint, and as you continue it gets easier. You hit a natural comfort zone. Once the end is near, I always like to finish strong with a sprint. The completion of any endurance training, I would say is a big achievement. It brings a sense of relief and joy.
